Dive Site Review
Tabaiba
Suitable for Advanced Divers and above, a shore dive.
Over recent months the dive site at Tabaiba has quickly become a favourite around the dive centre, so at every opportunity we head off to this site.
You have two options for entry either deep water giant stride entry or climbing down the ladder, so either option nice and easy. As you descend into around 6 meters of water straight away you see shoals of bream.
Heading along the pipeline you can explore the are, and look for hidden gems such as Red Backed cleaner shrimp and Anemones.
As you progress along the pipeline you start to see the Wreck looming in the distance, its really good to be able to navigate around the wreck looking into the old wheel house and through the port holes.
We normally are lucky and find octopus, cuttlefish and cleaner shrimp around as well as a visit to the statue sunk last year as a memorium with a stone dog sat alongside, which now has an amazing anemone growing from it.
